• We use GREEN cleaning products and give the deepest clean possible

• We offer discounts for reoccurring appointments. A reoccurring appointment means you setup service at least once per month.

     • Square footage of your home
     • Priority checklist
     • Surfaces/areas to be cleaned
     • Cleaning frequency
     • The level of upkeep between cleanings
     • Number of pets and children in the home
     • Different levels of clutter

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card). We do NOT charge extra for using credit cards.

• If you will not be present during the time of cleaning, we require a credit card on file when you book the appointment.

• Once services are completed, payment in full is required. Fees may apply to late payments.

• We do not charge you if you need to re-schedule your appointment.

• A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied for appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment unless there are extenuating circumstances or an emergency.

• There will be a 100% service charge for same-day cancellations and no-show/lock-out appointments unless there are extenuating circumstances or an emergency.

• Business hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Residential home cleaning service: one time or reoccurring appointments. Reoccurring appointments receive discounts.

Move-in/move-out cleaning service: based on a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning method. You also have the choice to customize your cleaning list and priorities.

Post-construction cleaning service: Call us for a quote at 1-800-208-7060. Price depends on how much dirt/dust that there is in the house. 

We don't. . . 
• Clean/put away dishes: Every home is different and we want our customers to be able to find their dishes!

• Wet wipe light fixtures: Breakage and timing factor.

• Moving Furniture: Liability reasons and furniture that is heavy may be too hard for our crew to move.

• Wall cleaning: We do not want to damage any paint/texture on walls.
