• We bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to do the job.

• We use GREEN cleaning products and give the deepest clean possible

• We offer discounts for reoccurring appointments. A reoccurring appointment means you setup service at least once per month.

• 1 hour minimum

• 2 cleaning technicians

• No extra charge for dedicated technicians

Other factors can affect the price:
     • Square footage of your office or building
     • Priority checklist
     • Surfaces/areas to be cleaned
     • Cleaning frequency
     • The level of upkeep between cleanings
     • The amount of employees/customers at
        your business
     • Different levels of dirt/dust

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card). We do NOT charge extra for using credit cards.

• Once services are completed, you will be billed. Payment in full is required. Fees may apply to late payments. For reocurring cleanings, you will be billed monthly.

• We do not charge you extra if you need to re-schedule your appointment.

• A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied for appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment unless there are extenuating circumstances or an emergancy.

• There will be a 100% service charge for same-day cancellations and no-show/lock-out appointments unless there are extenuating circumstances or an emergancy.

• Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. To be more convenient, we can serve our commercial clients after normal hours as well.

Janitorial cleaning service: one time or reoccurring appointments. Reoccurring appointments receive discounts.

Move-in/move-out cleaning service: based on a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning method. You also have the choice to customize your cleaning list and priorities to fit your business.

Post-construction cleaning service: Call us for a quote at 1-800-208-7060 . Price depends on how much dirt/dust that there is in the building due to construction.
